Q. Do prices include everything?
A. Yes. Prices listed are per vehicle, not per person, and include everything. You can tip the driver but it's up to you. Tipping is not an obligation in Italy but of course it's always welcome.
Q. Does VenicePrivateTransfers provide for the safety of babies and children?
A. Yes. VenicePrivateTransfers provides baby seats and/or child boosters upon request when booking your reservation.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. VenicePrivateTransfers will charge your credit card after your trip has been completed. VenicePrivateTransfers does not ask for any credit card information while booking a transfer.
Q. Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A. No! VenicePrivateTransfers will monitor your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.
Q. How long will my driver wait for me after my flight arrives at the airport?
A. VenicePrivateTransfers drivers will wait 1 hour for Arrivals. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required.
Q. Where do I meet my driver for pick up?
A. VenicePrivateTransfers' drivers will be waiting for you at the Arrivals level, inside the Terminal, holding a sign with your name. "Meet & Greet" is one our complimentary services.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. VenicePrivateTransfers requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations, which must be done by e-mail or by phone.
Q. Do you still operate during COVID-19 emergency?
A. Yes, we are operating according to the currently existing country and regional rules. Feel free to contact us in case you have any doubts regarding our operativity during a specific day.
